Pandemonium strikes at the Oja Oba Area of Akure, the capital city of Ondo State, on Tuesday morning as factions of the National Union of Road Transport Workers of the State Chapter get into a free for all battle.
This is coming after factions of the Union fought tooth and nail at the state’s Owode area, which caused several injuries to many people barely 48 hours ago.
Newsmen gathered that residents and traders in the famous Oba Adesida Road were forced to flee for their lives, paralyzing the business of the day when the armed unionists attacked each other.
Reports have it that the fighters also vandalized some vehicles.
As of the time of filing this report, the cause of the brawl is still unconfirmed.
