LET’S TALK POLITICS: What Do You Think Peter Obi Should DO Right Now – Join An Existing Party or Create A New One?

It is now official. Peter Obi, the presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, has left the main opposition platform.

He did not reveal his next platform right away. The incident is expected to draw even more attention to the PDP primaries this weekend in Abuja, where Mr Obi was considered as a front-runner in a race that includes Atiku Abubakar, Nyesom Wike, Dele Momodu, Bukola Saraki, and other powerful figures.

According to a person acquainted with the situation, Mr Obi was concerned that despite his great popularity and fame among ordinary Nigerians, he might not do well at the convention.

MY OPINION:

If I were him, this is what I will do right now.

Peter Obi should forget about 2023 presidential election, cause he will never win. No harm in trying they say, but not in all cases and of course not in this case.

What he need right now is to create a new political party on truth and honesty, and start building it against 2027 presidential election.

Every young Nigerian will be part of the movement, including myself Richard.

At this point Obi’s political ambition on presidency, is literally dead and gone.

Those who play emotional politics won’t like this sha. But like I always say, there’s no emotion in politics, it’s a game of interest and for the smart.
